The Image Plas Weld Kit is an easy to use system for the repair of splits to thermoplastic bumpers and components.
240-volt temperature controlled iron and custom shaped tip,
Reinforcing fine steel mesh is ‘buried’ in to the damaged component.
Any voids are filled with a universal filler rod.
Repair can be sanded and filled for completion in the normal manner.
A Teflon sleeve is included for protection of the iron, and to allow the kit to be packed away while iron is still warm
